Policies, Terms, and Conditions

Shipping 

Please understand that the items provided by Blaser Building Products may or may not be locally stocked.  Lead times on these products may be up to 4 to 6 weeks.  Orders placed between July 1st and December 1st may take up to 8 weeks before shipping.  

Large or heavy orders cannot be shipped through UPS / FedEx / or DHL and must therefore be delivered through a motor freight carrier. Customers are to arrange proper means of unloading any orders delivered by a freight carrier other than UPS / FedEx / or DHL.

Once an order has been properly unloaded the customer will be responsible for checking freight for damages or Shortages.  If any freight arrives damaged or missing please mark the Bill of Lading as such and promptly notify Blaser Building Products within 48 hours.  If Blaser Building Products is not notified within 48 hours the customer must make arrangements with the freight company to have and damaged product repaired or replaced.  

Returns

Please understand that many of the items provided by Blaser Building Products are fabricated to fit the customer's specific situation.  Therefore many products can not be returned for any refund.  To determine if an item can be returned please speak with a representative of Blaser Building Products.  

If you have purchased an item that can be returned, and wish to do so, you must contact Blaser Building Products within 30 days of placing the order and request a Return Authorization Number.  Once we have received a Return Authorization Number we will forward it on to the customer.  Once items have been returned in their original packages, Blaser Building Products will issue a credit to the customer less a minimum 30% restocking fee.

Warranty Information

Most items provided by Blaser Building Products come with a limited manufacturer's warranty.  For more detail contact a Blaser Building Products representative.  Blaser Building Products offers no warranty beyond that of the manufacturer's warranty.  Any damage or defect due to accident, neglect, abuse, improper use, improper maintenance, or alteration in any way will void any warranty.  Blaser Building Products will not be held responsible for installation costs, damaged property, or personal injury due to a defect of any kind.
